Note that the Invitation for Bid and Bidder’s Packet (or Request for Proposal and Offeror’s Packet) are only available electronically and must be downloaded from FedBizOpps. Click on the Procurement Tab above, then click on Advertised Projects and then the project title for a direct link to the project on the FedBizOpps site. For questions regarding design resources (including design manuals, specifications, standard drawings, details, and cells) please email ProjDev@mail.wfl.fhwa.dot.gov.
