H-65s over ARSC

The ARSC Work Force

ARSC employs over 1,400 military, civilian, contractor, and high school apprentice personnel. Our annual operating budget is $250M. We occupy 14 buildings that house 508,500 square feet of space on the Support Center complex. ARSC's physical plant includes 2 production hangars, a stripping hangar, painting hangar, three-acre warehouse, engine shop, gear box shop, machine shop, and avionics repair facility. ARSC also includes a business side that is responsible for setting Coast Guard aeronautical maintenance policy and direction; defining, refining, and fielding all proposed aircraft changes; managing 8,000 publications and 450,000 technical drawings; acting as aviation inventory control point, and providing a myriad of IT services. Our current initiatives include lean manufacturing, unique identification for flight safety critical aircraft parts (FSCAP), USAF joint depot level maintenance (JDLM), C-130 organic programmed depot maintenance, and logistics transformation initiatives.

ARSC is the largest employer in northeastern North Carolina. Whatever your job, we're glad you are joining our team!
