LCDR Todd Baughman is the Physician Assistant Deputy Chief Clinical Consultant and participates in some of the national functions of the Chief Clinical Consultant. A native of South Carolina, Todd grew up in Florida and began his IHS career in 2003 at Mescalero Indian Hospital, New Mexico. He transferred to Inscription House Health Center, Navajo Reservation, in 2006. He completed his PA training at Trevecca Nazarene University in 1998 and Masters Degree in 2003 from University of Nebraska Medical Center.
