Summary - Notice of Enforcement Discretion

On November 15, 2004, the Commission published an immediate effective revision to the Enforcement Policy in the Federal Register (69 FR 65657) that provides that the appropriate Regional Administrator will issue all Notices of Enforcement Discretion (NOEDs) for power reactors.
