The Mid Atlantic Region makes available for review closed business and personal bankruptcy case files, and civil and criminal case files from Federal courts in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia.
Where the Records can be Accessed
- Bankruptcy cases closed before 1946* are stored at our Regional Archives facility.
- Bankruptcy cases closed after 1946* are stored at our
Regional Records Program facility.
- Other court records retired before 1972* are stored at
our Regional Archives facility.
- Other court records retired after 1972* are stored at our Regional Records Program facility.
