Southwest Industrial Gases Inc. Fire and Explosions
Debris at Southwest Industrial Gases facility after major fire and explosions.

Incident Description
On July 25, 2007, three workers were injured, two critically when a fire swept through Southwest Industrial Gases Inc., a welding gas distribution facility in Dallas, Texas. Exploding cylinders were launched into the surrounding community, including a nearby highway and arena.
