Goliath: A package for analyzing large, sparse, possibly rank-deficient,
linear systems with rational coefficients. It provides information on row
dependencies, the rank of the matrix, a basis for the nullspace, and an exact
solution. (See P. Alfeld and D. Eyre, ACM TOMS 17 (1991) pp. 519-532.).
