This notice constitutes Amendment No. 02 to the combined synopsis/RFQ entitled Mandrel Hardware Fabrication and Liner Machining which was posted on August 08, 2008. You are notified that the following changes are made: We would like to modify the solicitation to include a second mandrel assembly. The mandrel assembly is comprised of the following hardware drawings:

(1) MED03046 - Mandrel Nozzle End (revised quantity 2) (2) MED03047 - Mandrel end chamber (revised quantity 2) (3) MED03048 - Shaft extension Nozzle End, (revised quantity 2)

Everything else stays the same.

The due date for responses is extended to Friday, August 29, 2008.

Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
