Ms. Ursula Knoki-Wilson is a United States Public Health Service commissioned corps officer serving the Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility as a certified nurse-midwife. She is a member of the American College of Nurse Midwives (ACNM) and serves as President of the Four Corners State Chapter of ACNM. She is also a member of the National Alaska Native American Indian Nurses Association and serves on their Membership Committee. Ms. Knoki-Wilson is also a member of a member of the Nursing Research Society, New Mexico Indian Nurses' Association, and the American Public Health Association. She is an appointed Federal Liaison on the Board of Directors of the Navajo Health Care System Corporation.

Following the attainment of her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Ms. Knoki-Wilson received her Master of Science in Nursing Midwifery degree from the University of Utah. She completed her clinical training at the Northern Navajo Medical Center in Shiprock, AZ. She holds Arizona licenses both as a registered nurse and as a nurse practitioner.

Ms. Ursula Knoki-Wilson is a member of the Navajo Nation and was born in Ganado, AZ. She began her IHS career in 1970. Over the years, she has held positions in Public Health Nursing, in Pediatric Outpatient Nursing, as a Staff Nurse Midwife, and as a Supervisory Nurse Midwife. With the Navajo Nation, Ms. Knoki-Wilson has been a CHR Staff Development Specialist. Ms. Knoki-Wilson conducts regular clinics at the Tsaile and Pinon Clinics as well as the Chinle High School Teen Clinic. She also conducts in-services on the "Care of Navajo and Native American Patients."
