Computes the determinant of a complex matrix. The matrix must first be factored
using NAPACK subroutine CFACT.
 
Classes  :  D3c1 . Determinants of general complex non-Hermitian matrices
 
Type     : Fortran subroutine in NAPACK package.
Access   : Some uses prohibited. Portable.
Precision: Single.
 
Usage    : S = CDET (E, A)
