C version of BLAS1, BLAS2 and BLAS3, Basic Linear Algebra Subprograms levels 1, 2
and 3, providing elementary vector, matrix-vector, and matrix-matrix
operations, respectively. Optimized versions of the BLAS exist on many machine
and they should be used instead of this implementation if available. (C version
generated using f2c.)
