ICAMIN

 
Find the smallest index of the component of a complex vector having minimum
magnitude.
 
Classes  :  D1a2 . Minimum and maximum components of a vector
            N5a .  Search for extreme value in an array
 
Type     : Fortran subroutine in IMSLM library.
Access   : Proprietary. Many implementations available.
Precision: Single.
 
Usage    : I = ICAMIN(N, CX, INCX)
