1 In previous years, NASA linked the Applied Sciences and the Education and Outreach programs to USGCRP Focus Areas, but not to CCSP research elements; the current table identifies these programs as contributing to the CCSP Human Contributions and Responses element for the three fiscal years addressed.

Mapping of Budget Request to Appropriations Legislation. In the Appropriations Committee reports, National Aeronautics and Space Administration CCSP activities are funded under the NASA section of Title III-Independent Agencies, as part of the Science, Aeronautics, and Technology account.
