The Workforce and Human Capital for IT Committee, in
coordination with OPM, will soon be conducting its second annual web-based
survey of IT employees in the Federal workforce.
The survey is designed to collect information regarding
the
types of work IT employees perform, their proficiency in related competencies
and skills, and what types of critical certifications they possess. This year's
survey builds upon the survey conducted in 2003, while incorporating the
ability for Agency CIOs and Chief Human Capital Officers (CHCOs), to set a
target or "to be" state so that specific gaps may be identified and
addressed.

Assessment Survey page, which offers continually updated
information as it becomes available.
