Fact Sheet for Waterfowl Injury Assessment - Hudson River Damage Assessment

A Fact Sheet, entitled "Waterfowl Investigations 2007-2008", is now available on the Hudson River website. These investigations is part of the Natural Resource Damage Assessment (NRDA) for the Hudson River being carried out jointly by New York State, the United States Department of the Interior, and the United States Department of Commerce (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration). The public and the party(ies) responsible for the contamination were invited to review a Draft Study Plan, dated May 7, 2007, for this work and provide feedback on the proposed approach described in that Draft Study Plan during a public comment period held during June 2007. The work is ongoing.
