At its meeting today, the Federal Maritime Commission accepted the report of Commissioner Joseph E. Brennan on Fact Finding Investigation No. 25 - Practices of Transpacific Stabilization Agreement Members Covering the 2002-2003 Service Contract Season. The Commission also directed its staff to prepare recommendations for further actions to pursue the issues raised by the Fact Finding Investigation with respect to the impact of the Transpacific Stabilization Agreement on competition in the Transpacific trades.
