AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency, Emergency Preparedness and Response Directorate, Department of Homeland Security.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the State of California (FEMA-1529-DR), dated June 30, 2004, and related determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: July 12, 2004.
