Calculates R-square and Cp values from residual sums of squares.
 
Classes  :  L8c1a . Variable selection in multiple linear ordinary least
                  squares regression
 
Type     : Fortran subroutine in NAG library (G02 sublibrary).
Access   : Proprietary. Many implementations available.
