The Industrial Technologies Program (ITP) works cooperatively with federal and state agencies, utilities, non-profits, national supply chain and trade associations, universities, and other groups to aid industry in reducing energy intensity 25% in 10 years. Here you'll find information on how your organization can partner with ITP and help expand industry access to Save Energy Now resources.

Support Nationwide Efforts to Reduce Energy Intensity

As part of Save Energy Now, industrial corporations and manufacturing plants are reducing their energy use. To assist with these efforts, organizations can work with ITP to help industry:

  • Reduce industrial energy intensity and greenhouse gas emissions
  • Achieve national energy security goals
  • Increase U.S. sustainability and competitiveness

Strengthen Customer and Member Relationships

By partnering with ITP, you enhance the service you provide to your customers and members, while supporting their energy management strategies. You can also:

Additional Information

The effort to reduce industrial energy intensity 25% in 10 years is a national goal that was first outlined in the Energy Policy Act (EPAct) of 2005, available on the Library of Congress Web site.
