Foreword
This handbook consists of four sections that prescribe policies and procedures relating to the award and administration of NASA grants and cooperative agreements.

Section A and Section B relate to grants and agreements with institutions of higher education, hospitals, and other non-profit organizations.

Section A (June 13, 2008) provides the text of provisions and special conditions and addresses NASA's authority, definitions, applicability, amendments, publications, deviations, pre-award requirements and post-award requirements currently covered by 14 CFR part 1260. |

Section B (April 20, 2007) adopts the administrative requirements of OMB Circular No. A-110 and includes NASA's choices in alternatives offered by A-110. |

|
Section C (May 19, 2005) adopts the administrative requirements of OMB Circular No. A-102 and relates to administrative requirements for grants and cooperative agreements to state and local governments. |

Section D (July 23, 2007) relates to cooperative agreements with commercial firms. |
