2004 Healthy Youth Survey
The impact of adolescent health risk behaviors remains a primary concern of citizens throughout our country. Many health problems experienced by adolescents are caused by a few preventable behaviors. Washington State conducted student surveys in 1988, 1990, 1992, 1995, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2002, and 2004 to better understand the nature and extent of adolescent health behaviors in Washington.
