CE Approval Process for Course Developers and Administrators

The following forms and instructions are provided to assist course developers who are interested in having their course approved by MLA for Continuing Education (CE) contact hours and listed on the MLA Continuing Education Clearinghouse. The new and improved clearinghouse offers advanced searching of courses approved for MLA CE contact hours as well as an online form for instructors. Want a course approved by MLA and listed in the Continuing Education Clearinghouse? Simply go to instructor sign-up to get started.

Course developers who are interested in having their course approved by MLA will need to complete either the online application or mail a copy of the approval application form. Please refer below for approval criteria and application instructions.
To have your course approval renewed, simply go to the MLA CE Clearinghouse and sign-up or log-in and submit the renewal application.
If your course is being offered as an MLA-approved course and you would like to list the dates in the MLA News, fill out and submit the course announcement form for the MLA News.
