GAMS Module G02BPF in NAG

G02BPF

Computes Kendall and/or Spearman non-parametric rank correlation
coefficients for a set of data in the array X, omitting completely any cases with a
missing observation for any variable; the data array X is overwritten, and on exit
contains the ranks of the observations.

Classes : L1c2 . Summary statistics for multi-dimensional data containing
missing values (search also class L1c1)

Type : Fortran subroutine in NAG library (G02 sublibrary).
Access : Proprietary. Many implementations available.
Precision: Double.

Usage : CALL G02BPF (N, M, X, IX, MISS, XMISS, ITYPE, RR, IRR, NCASES, INCASE,
KWORKA, KWORKB, KWORKC, WORK1, WORK2, IFAIL)
