G02BMF

 
Computes means and standard deviations of variables, sums of squares and
cross-products about zero, and correlation-like coefficients for a set of data
in specified columns of the array X, omitting cases with missing values from only
those calculations involving the variables for which the values are missing.
 
Classes  :  L1c2 . Summary statistics for multi-dimensional data containing
                 missing values (search also class L1c1)
 
Type     : Fortran subroutine in NAG library (G02 sublibrary).
Access   : Proprietary. Many implementations available.
Precision: Double.
 
Usage    : CALL G02BMF (N, M, X, IX, MISS, XMISS, NVARS, KVAR, XBAR, STD, SSPZ,
           ISSPZ, RZ, IRZ, NCASES, COUNT, IC, IFAIL)
