The Albuquerque Fire Department has made extensive changes to the Staffing Management Guidelines. [23,388K]
The changes were made with the approval of Fire Chief Robert E. Ortega. The purpose of the staffing managment guidelines is to assist the Field Operations Center (FOC)/Division Commanders with staffing Divsions/Sections within the department. The guidelines define the detailed procedures on the requesting, granting, or denying of leave, time off, and filling vacancies.
