POLYVL

 
Calculate the value of a polynomial and its first NDER derivatives where the
polynomial was produced by a previous call to POLINT.
 
Classes  :  E3a1 . Evaluation of fitted functions
            E3a2 . Evaluation of derivatives of fitted functions
 
Type     : Fortran subroutine in SLATEC library.
Access   : Public domain. Portable.
Precision: Single.
