Generates the complex unitary matrix Q which was determined by F08NSF (ZGEHRD),
when reducing a complex general matrix A to Hessenberg form (Alternate name
ZUNGHR).
 
Classes  :  D4c1b2 . Reduce matrix to Hessenberg form
 
Type     : Fortran subroutine in NAG library (F08 sublibrary).
Access   : Proprietary. Many implementations available.
