Immunization Program
Availability of HPV vaccine for women age 19-26 years

The following is a partial list of King County health care provider and pharmacy groups that have vaccine available for women age 19 - 26 years old. (The Universal Childhood Vaccine program is able to provide free vaccine to children from 9 - 18 years of age.)

Please call first for details on availability, prices and payment, and to make an appointment. Some institutions are only providing vaccine to existing clients or their own enrollees.

Insurance may cover the cost of the vaccine; some providers may require payment up front, and the patient will seek reimbursement from insurance. The cost per dose among the groups surveyed ranged from $130 – 230.
