Theater & Multi-Purpose Rental Request

The SBCC Theater seats 309 persons and the Multi-Purpose room seats approximately 100 persons and both are available for rental by any individual or group with a general arts, entertainment or educational purpose. Limited wheelchair spaces are available. multi purpose room

The City may deny a rental request if the Mayor determines that the proposed use is not in the best interest of the City.

NOTE: $75 Deposit required when letter of confirmation is received. NO REFUND ON PERMIT FEES OR DEPOSIT.
