Public Health Application Workers can assist you over the phone or in person with filling out a medical application or a form.

Basic evaluation of risk factors, client education on risk reduction and blood testing to check for HIV (virus that causes AIDS).

bullet Home Visits
Public Health Nurse visits are available to pregnant women, mothers with new babies and young children and families with health or parenting concerns. Services include health assessment, education and counseling and referral.

bullet Interpreter Services
Interpreter services are available to limited or non-English speaking clients by appointment for public health services.

bullet Maternity Support Services
MSS helps pregnant women find health insurance, local doctors or midwives and other community resources to support a healthy pregnancy. Individualized education and counseling services for women and their partners before and after birth. Provided in our clinic by a team of public health nurse, nutritionist and social worker.

bullet Pregnancy Tests

bullet Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) Counseling
Counseling, education, referral and support for families by a Public Health Nurse (PHN).

bullet Teen Health Clinic
Provide education and services for pregnancy prevention and for pregnant, parenting teens, and at-risk teens.
