A Letter of Intent is requested from all Offerors planning to respond to an RFP with a proposal. Letters of Intent shall be submitted at least 15 days before the Response Due Date. All Offers must be completed in accordance with the RFP's Section L - Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors and must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. (EST) on the date designated as the Response Due Date.
