In the Dallas office, the Regional Manager performs program office contracting functions. Two branches report to the Regional Manager: the Acquisition Services Branch and the Corporate Services Branch. Contract award and administration are the responsibility of the Acquisition Services Branch. The Corporate Services Branch oversees the DOA contractors.

In the Atlanta and New York offices, the Regional Manager performs program office contracting functions. The Assistant Regional Manager and the Corporate Services Branch report to the Regional Manager. Contract award and administration are the responsibility of the Assistant Regional Manager. The Corporate Services Branch oversees the DOA contractors.

In the Chicago and San Francisco offices, the Regional Manager performs program office contracting functions. The Assistant Regional Manager reports directly to the Regional Manager and is responsible for contract award and administration in addition to contractor oversight.
