Brilliant Green Dye Solution, 1%

Brilliant green dye 1 g
Distilled water (sterile) 10 ml

Dissolve 1 g dye in sterile water. Dilute to 100 ml. Before use, test all batches of dye for toxicity with known positive and negative test microorganisms.
