GAMS Module SPBSTF in LAPACK

SPBSTF

Computes a split Cholesky factorization of a real symmetric positive definite
band matrix. Designed to be used in conjunction with SSBGST. The factorization
has the form A = S'S, where S is a band matrix of the same bandwidth as A, with block
rows ( U 0 ) and ( M L ), where U is upper triangular of order m = (n+b)/2, L is lower
triangular of order n-m, and b is the bandwidth of A.

Classes : D4c1c . Standardize matrix eigenvalue problem
D3b2 . Determinants of real symmetric positive definite banded
                  matrices
