GAMS Module SSYGST.C in CLAPACK

Reduces a real symmetric-definite generalized eigenproblem Ax= lambda Bx, ABx=
lambda x, or BAx= lambda x, to standard form, where B has been factorized by SPOTRF.
(Computational routine.). [C version of LAPACK routine, converted from Fortran
by f2c.].
