International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs: Program and Budget Guide

The INL program supports the Administration's comprehensive strategy for combating the global threat of narcotics and organized crime. While attacking the core targets, it emphasizes the need to strengthen host nation capabilities through institution building so that key countries can bolster their own effectiveness in fighting international drug trafficking and crime.
