Outdoor Developed Areas

ABOUT THIS RULEMAKING

The Board is developing new guidelines for outdoor developed areas that will cover access to trails, beaches, and picnic and camping areas. The guidelines will address constraints specific to outdoor sites and will be based on recommendations from the Board's Outdoor Developed Areas Regulatory Negotiation Committee.
