4.3 Consider what changes, if any, should be recommended to voluntary consensus and non-consensus standards bodies or federal regulations to facilitate accessibility to emergency transportable housing.

5.1 Develop a time-line for the committee’s final report;
5.2 Assign responsibility for developing the report, including rationale for each recommendation;
5.3 Establish a format and style for the report.
