 1.0   Welcome and introductions – Chairman Robert Solomon.

 2.0   Approve agenda.

 3.0   Approve minutes of the November 19 and 20, 2007 committee meeting.

 4.0  Subcommittee Reports — New items not included in the November 19 and 20 minutes:

4.1   Unit Interior – Ryan Buras (FEMA);
4.2   Definitions – Dominic Marinelli (United Spinal Association).

 5.0  Develop Consensus regarding Task Group Recommendations (see November 19 and 20 minutes):

5.1   Committee discussion:  questions and answers;
5.2   Develop consensus regarding each task group recommendation;
5.3   Identify areas needing further work.

 6.0   Committee Work Plan:

6.1   Identify any outstanding issues requiring committee work;
6.2   Consider what changes, if any, should be recommended to voluntary consensus and non-consensus standards bodies or federal regulations to facilitate accessibility to emergency transportable housing.

7.0   Committee Report to the Access Board:

7.1   Develop a plan for preparation of the committee report;
7.2   Identify committee members responsible for preparing the report.

 8.0   Public Comment:

8.1   A public comment period will be held at 3:00 p.m. each day.
