Access: Permitted; subject to P&P policy on serving originals.

Reproduction (photocopying, hand-held camera copying, photoduplication and other forms of copying allowed by "fair use"): Permitted, except for the making of digital copies (which the photographer has stipulated may not be made) and for photocopying, which is prohibited by the Division's policy on photocopying.
