photoduplication and other forms of copying allowed by "fair
use"): Permitted,
except for the making of digital copies (which the photographer's agent
has stipulated may not be made) and for photocopying (which is prohibited
by the Division's policy on copying.)
Publication and other forms of distribution: Restricted.
Mr. Franklin's photographs are restricted by copyright. Works created
after January 1, 1978 are protected for the creator's life plus 70 years.
