Most of the images in the Popular Graphic Art (Historical Print) Collection (PGA) are in the public domain.

Access: Permitted; subject to P&P policy on serving originals, which requires use of digital surrogates in preference to the original prints, when available.

Reproduction (photocopying, hand-held camera copying, photoduplication and other forms of copying allowed by "fair use"): Permitted; subject to P&P policy on copying, which prohibits photocopying of original prints.

Publication and other forms of distribution: Most of the images in this collection were published before 1923 and are therefore in the public domain. A few images were published after this date and may be restricted by copyright.
