Computes orthogonal polynomial or dummy variables for a factor or
classification variable.
 
Classes  :  L7g . Service routines for analysis of variance
            L8i . Service routines for regression (e.g., matrix manipulation
                for variable selection)
 
Type     : Fortran subroutine in NAG library (G04 sublibrary).
Access   : Proprietary. Many implementations available.
Precision: Double.
