This 6-page fact sheet is part of the Milk Matters calcium education campaign. It explains to health care providers the importance of making sure young people ages 11 to 18 get enough calcium to build strong bones and teeth that will last a lifetime. The fact sheet lists how much calcium young people need, presents strategies for including calcium in the day's diet, and suggests other ways to help patients get the build strong bones and teeth.
