QUESTION:You’re aware of this woman, Mrs. Seddiki, who was detained in Afghanistan and brought to New York* to face -- her son, who is a dual U.S.-Pakistani citizen, has just been turned over by Afghans to the Pakistanis. Do you have anything on that?

MR. MCCORMACK: I can say only that we’re following the matter very closely.

QUESTION: So you can’t confirm that that’s happened?

MR. MCCORMACK: At this point, Matt, I can only offer that comment.

(The briefing was concluded at 10:52 p.m.)
