ORDER MAKING FINDINGS AND REVOKING REGISTRATIONS BY DEFAULT AGAINST AGRA-TECH, INCORPORATED, KILIMANJARO GROUP.COM INC., SAVANNAH RIVER GROUP, INC., 2KSOUNDS CORPORATION, AND XUNANTUNICH, INC.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (Commission) issued its Order Instituting Proceedings (OIP) on September 29, 2004, pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (Exchange Act). The OIP was served on Respondents Agra-Tech, Incorporated (Agra-Tech), on November 23, 2004; Kilimanjaro Group.Com Inc. (Kilimanjaro), on November 8, 2004; Savannah River Group, Inc. (Savannah River), on November 23, 2004; 2KSounds Corporation (2KSounds) on November 9, 2004; and Xunantunich, Inc. (Xunantunich) (collectively, the Non-Answering Respondents), on November 8, 2004. See 17 C.F.R. § 201.141. As of today, the Non-Answering Respondents have each failed to file an Answer, due within ten days of service of the OIP. See 17 C.F.R. § 201.220(b); OIP at 4. On November 29, 2004, the Division of Enforcement filed a motion for default against the Non-Answering Respondents.

The Non-Answering Respondents are each in default for failing to file Answers to the OIP within the time provided. See 17 C.F.R. §§ 201.155(a), .220(f). As authorized by Rule 155(a) of the Commission's Rules of Practice, 17 C.F.R. § 201.155(a), I find the following allegations to be true only as to the Non-Answering Respondents:

Agra-Tech (CIK: 0001094649), formerly named Peru Partners Ltd., is a Nevada corporation located in Tierra Verde, Florida. The company filed a registration statement on Form 10-SB with the Commission on May 29, 2001, which became effective through lapse of time sixty days later. Agra-Tech's common stock is registered with the Commission pursuant to Section 12(g) of the Exchange Act. Agra-Tech is delinquent in its periodic filings with the Commission, having not filed a periodic report since it filed a Form 10-QSB on August 14, 2002. On November 21, 2002, the company filed a Notice of Late Filing for the Form 10-QSB for the period ended September 30, 2002, but the Form 10-QSB was never filed. The company's stock is quoted in the Pink Sheets.

Kilimanjaro (CIK: 0001091298) is a Nevada corporation located in Seattle, Washington. The company filed a registration statement on Form 10-SB with the Commission on March 2, 2000, which became effective through lapse of time sixty days later. Kilimanjaro's common stock is registered with the Commission pursuant to Section 12(g) of the Exchange Act. Kilimanjaro is delinquent in its periodic filings with the Commission, having not filed a periodic report since it filed a Form 10-QSB on May 5, 2000. The company's stock is not publicly traded.

Savannah River (CIK: 0001094764) is a Nevada corporation located in Vancouver, British Columbia. It is delinquent in filing its annual list of officers with Nevada. The company filed a registration statement on Form 10-SB with the Commission on May 24, 2001, which became effective through lapse of time sixty days later. Savannah River's common stock is registered with the Commission pursuant to Section 12(g) of the Exchange Act. Savannah River is delinquent in its periodic filings with the Commission, having not filed a periodic report since filing a Form 10-KSB on September 25, 2002. The company's stock is not publicly traded.

2KSounds (CIK: 0001094767), formerly named Texas E-Solutions, Inc., is a Nevada corporation located in Woodland Hills, California. It is delinquent in filing its annual list of officers with Nevada. The company filed a registration statement on Form 10-SB with the Commission on January 17, 2001, which became effective through lapse of time sixty days later. 2KSounds' common stock is registered with the Commission pursuant to Section 12(g) of the Exchange Act. 2KSounds is delinquent in its periodic filings with the Commission, having not filed a periodic report since filing a Form 10-QSB on November 14, 2002. On April 16, 2003, the company filed a Notice of Late Filing for the Form 10-KSB for the year ended December 31, 2002, but the Form 10-KSB was never filed. The company's common stock is quoted in the Pink Sheets.

Xunantunich (CIK: 0001108522) is a Nevada corporation located in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. Its registration as a Nevada corporation has been revoked. The company filed a registration statement on Form SB-2 with the Commission on March 15, 2000, which was declared effective on August 27, 2001. Xunantunich's common stock is registered with the Commission pursuant to Section 12(g) of the Exchange Act. Xunantunich is delinquent in its periodic filings with the Commission, having not filed a periodic report since filing a Form 10-QSB on November 18, 2002. The company's stock is not publicly traded.

Section 13(a) of the Exchange Act and the rules promulgated thereunder require issuers of securities registered pursuant to Exchange Act Section 12 to file with the Commission current and accurate information in periodic reports, even if the registration is voluntary under Exchange Act Section 12(g). Specifically, Exchange Act Rule 13a-1 requires issuers to file annual reports (Forms 10-K or 10-KSB), and Rule 13a-13 requires issuers to file quarterly reports (Forms 10-Q or 10-QSB).

As set forth above, each of the Non-Answering Respondents is at least one year delinquent in its periodic filings. Moreover, each has failed to heed delinquency letters sent to them by the Division of Corporation Finance requesting compliance with their periodic filing obligations. As a result of the foregoing, each of the Non-Answering Respondents has failed to comply with Section 13(a) of the Exchange Act and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13 thereunder.

In view of the foregoing, I find that it is necessary and appropriate for the protection of investors to revoke the registrations of the Non-Answering Respondents' securities.

ORDER

IT IS ORDERED THAT, pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the registrations of the securities of Agra-Tech, Incorporated, Kilimanjaro Group.Com Inc., Savannah River Group, Inc., 2KSounds Corporation, and Xunantunich, Inc., are hereby REVOKED.
