Aug. 30 thru Sept. 2 in Henderson, Greeley and Loveland DENVER -- The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), in cooperation with Xcel Energy and the City of Greeley, is sponsoring a series of "Excavation Awareness Seminars" in Henderson, Greeley and Loveland, Colo., the week of August 30 thru Sept. 2. The seminars, which are free of charge, consist of classroom and field sessions designed to inform contractors and their workers of the hazards associated with trenching and excavation operations and practical ways to control those hazards, said Herb Gibson, OSHA area office director in Denver. The Excavation Awareness Seminar schedule includes: Monday, August 30 (Noon to 5:00 p.m.) or Tuesday, August 31 (7:00 a.m. to Noon) Xcel Energy Material Distribution Center 9500 Interstate 76 (Southeast of I-76th & 96th Ave. interchange) Henderson, Colo.
