Special Event Vendor Permits

Special events include the Fiery Food Show, Summerfest to the Balloon Fiesta and everything in between, including private events.

The Process

1. Download, open, and print the Application for Temporary Food Permit (328kb)
2. Complete the document and bring it to the Environmental Health Department at 1 Civic Plaza NW 87102 or fax the document to Lucille Roybal at 768-2617.
