NOTICE TO LESSEES AND OPERATORS OF
FEDERAL OIL AND GAS LEASES
IN THE PACIFIC OUTER CONTINENTAL SHELF REGION
Liquid Royalty Measurement Facilities
This NTL supersedes NTL 91-01.
Section 250.1200 of Title 30 of the Code
of Federal Regulations (30 CFR 250.1200) contains general requirements on the contents,
and your submission, of run tickets and proving reports for sales meters and tanks.
According to 30 CFR 250.104(b) and 250.1200, this notice is issued to clarify those
requirements and standardize the contents of those documents.
For operations in the Pacific OCS Region, you must follow the procedures in the enclosed
handbook in preparing and submitting your run tickets and proving reports.
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 Statement: The collection of information
referred to in this notice provides clarification, description, or interpretation of
requirements in 30 CFR 250, subpart L. The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approved
the information collection requirement in these regulations and assigned OMB control
number 1010-0051. This notice does not impose additional information collection
requirements subject of the Paperwork Reduction act of 1995.
