Calculates the value of all (possibly) nonzero B-spline basis functions at X of a
given order.
 
Classes  :  E3c . Manipulation of basis functions (e.g., evaluation, change of
                basis)
            K6c . Manipulation of basis functions (e.g., evaluation, change of
                basis)
 
Type     : Fortran subroutine in CMLIB library (DBSPLIN sublibrary).
Access   : Public domain. Portable.
